Change number placed next to bar chart in Table of Contents by ArcGIS for Desktop

Working with stacked charts in ArcGIS 10.2.2

Is it possible to remove the 5 (or write a unit behind the 5) on the chart symbology in the Table of Contents?

It looks like you can simply go to your layer Symbology/Categories/Unique values/Add All Values. You can edit  the Fields, Value, Label, and Count (on delete if you want the value removed) and arrange the order. Good Luck!
