The fishnet option in ArcGIS Pro (2.2) appears to have a bug where only one cell is created instead of multiple cells. In my attached example, parameters that should create 16 distinct cells only creates 1 cell area with 16 object IDs.
Is this a current known issue? Is there a workaround or just use ArcMap for the time being?
Here is another example,
I just ensured that the cell size in the X and Y direction would subdivide the extent properly.
As Specified Below... was created using the extent of another featureclass.
