Reinstate disconnected Pro license?

Having checked out an ArcGIS Pro license for 'disconnected' offline use from an ArcGIS Online Organisation, and no idea anymore on which computer this was done - can the org admin reset the license for the user?

I believe this needs to be reset by you customer service rep (or possibly local distributor)
