Creating a new multiple operation view operational dashboard has stopped working.I have tried so many times by using different maps also but not succeeded.
I am using windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Service pack 1 and Arcgis Postal 10.4.1
issue was its V machine so have to add key ="useAccleratedDispaly " value = false"/> in operation dashboard.exe.config
