Enterprise Builder 10.5.1 threw an "Attempt to configure data store failed...Failed to configure tile cache data store". Has anyone else experienced this? No error number.

"Attempt to configure data store failed......Failed to configure tile cache data store". The error was returned from https://fully-qualified server name:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin/configure.

The likely cause of this issue is configuration to a non-default drive such as e:\.  The workaround would be to install on a default drive such as c:\.
