"Glass Template" not opening properly.

I downloaded the Glass Application Template and am trying to edit it in Vis Studio 2010.  It opens fine, but the preview won't load and there are 18 critical errors before I change anything.  I have downloaded and installed the system.windows.interactivity.dll.

I think the root of the 18 errors is this one;

Unable to load the metadata for assembly 'Glass'. This assembly may have been downloaded from the web.  See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=179545.  The following error was encountered during load: Could not load file or assembly 'Glass' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. C:\Users\jlmerric\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\glass_template\Glass\MainPage.xaml

Has anyone run into this and found a solution?

Are you using v2.4 or v3.0 Beta 2? I tried to download and use v2.4 and was left with 19 Warnings for obsolete controls (ScaleBar). The error message you get seem related to unblocking the assemblies. When you right-click properties of the zip file, click "Unblock" button before you extract the files. Hopefully that gets you to 19 Warnings, ScaleBar is obsolete and can be replaced with ScaleLine http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#Scaleline
