summary feature service in agol

we have a feature service hosted in arcgis server and shared via ArcGIS online

is it possible to crate a summary table of the features just something like a count by month

One way to do this is to create a custom Arcade expression (configure popup) using the GroupBy function. You can then use the result of this as a list in dashboard, etc.
