Calculate distance between two feature class in meters

Dear All,

I have two polygon feature class one is Source Data and other is shifted data. I want to calculate how much polygon shifted (distance).

Use the measure function

Thanks Aled Jon but I have lot of fetures and want distance in field is ther any other way
