Does the Report Feature widget for Web AppBuilder on Portal require specific user types for usage? I know it requires the ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server extension. But can't tell if certain user type licenses (i.e. non-Viewers) are required for users to report data issues. Thank you.

When DR for Server is federated with Portal, the Report Feature widget requires a non-Viewer role.
The widget is leveraging the writeResult and writeFeatureAsResult REST operations which requires the Edit features privilege. Here is a link to the DR for Server documentation that outlines workflows in a federated environment.
