Can I create links to rows in an Enterprise site

Hi all.

Is it possible to create a link to a row card in an ArcGIS Enteprise Site, using for example an anchor? (Something similiar to the option available in Story Maps to connect to a section).

I know this question is several years old, but the issues still stands. I am working with Esri Support to find a resolution, and the process is still ongoing.

However, here's what I've learned so far :

• For anchors within the same page, you can use the standard HTML id tag (W3C schools instructions here; scroll down to "HTML Bookmarks with ID and Links").
• For anchors on another page within the same site, you have to use Chrome :
  1. Open the published version of the page you want to link to in Chrome.
  2. Select the text you want to link to.
  3. Right-click and select "Copy link to highlighted text."
  4. Open the site in the editor.
  5. Paste the copied link where you want to have the link from.

I will post further information if/when I get it.

This is valid for Enterprise 11.1 and 11.3, per Esri Support testing.
