Desperately need a tutorial on how to use this new beta app, and have searched but have not found anything useful. Specifically a video, but anything that explains in detail from start to finish how to deploy a Web application. Thanks in advance.

The App Studio is still in beta. We can expect a tutorial/detailed documentation once a stable version is released. For now, we are left with a few videos and documentations.
We will find more documentations, as more people explore it. You could also note your observations and come up with a sample demo of creating apps in ArcGIS App Studio.
Thank you however I was looking for something in more detail. Like actually each step. The videos are vague and I am getting stuck on certain issues (how to add different IDs/different maps not showing up) when creating the app.
