Esri Collector .. I created a basemap from features.. uses WGS1984. Shared as a service .. tiles. yet, when I add it to a web map as a basemap .. and after adding editable features (that I know work), I get a bloody error continuously when attempting to download the base to go offline. Any ideas? Grateful for any suggestions! Made hundreds of combination attempts. Here is the item I need to download in Collector http://goo.gl/HelcyY
When you publish as a Map Service did you check sync under feature access to allow content to be downloaded?

I feel you pain, a lot of us here on geonet have been in a similar situation and still find ourselves in sometimes. Right now my best advise is to take a breath, have a walk is a park or whatever is nearby and retry from start. Relax bro.
