Can layers in the table of contents be dragged into python window in ArcGIS Pro 2.3?

In ArcGIS Pro 2.2 I was able to drag feature classes directly into the python window but now with the upgrade to Pro 2.3 I can no longer drag feature classes into the python window. Has this functionality been removed with the upgrade to 2.3 or is there a bug with 2.3 that is causing this?

Oops.  That's not supposed to happen.  I checked with our team here and this is a regression; so sorry about that.  We'll work to make sure it is fixed in an upcoming release/patch.  Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
