Hello everyone,
Is there a way to populate the feature class ID using the rule "GENERATE_ID_BY_INTERSECT" only when field ID is empty in the feature class. The goal is to avoid to generate several times the a new ID for the same feature.

The Generate ID by Intersect does not support this option. We have added this option to the Generate ID method. I logged an enhancement to add this capability to the Generate ID by Intersect.
