I am trying to use the Explorer for ArcGIS online. when I try to open my maps I get this message "Unsupported webmap version number (2.0)" I am new to the ArcGIS explorer online so not sure what this means. any help would be great.

Explorer Online - ArcGIS Explorer Online
Is no longer maintained. As a result it does not support reading new maps created with ArcGIS online map authoring. http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?useExisting=1

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm having the same trouble while working in Chrome. I've tried following the solutions involving cleaning out temporary internet files & caches, but I'm still having trouble.
