The row object does not support the IRowSetup interface - FDO_E_ROW_NO_SETUPINTERFACE

I receive an error (The row object does not support the IRowSetup interface) while using the ITable interface IRow GetRow(int OID);

But I don't know why!

Any ideas?

Is there any documentation, when this error will be thrown?
