Save map configuraton

Question

Once all the layers are setup for a map, can you access/save that configuration?

Hi J, ... I need to transfer the settings from my dev machine to production, and would like to know where the file is that records those settings, so i don't have to redo it on another server or site.

I believe you can save the SharePoint site as a template and use that as the basis to create a new SharePoint site.

Hi J,

Once you've setup your configuration(s) for the Map Web Part and save your settings, these will persist in the SharePoint page.
Is that what you're asking?
