Adding ArcGIS search service to geoportal

Question

Have installed geoportal 1.2.5 and is up and running. Also, have ArcGIS Server 10.2.1.  The documentation says that a search service can be used, but I haven't seen where or how to set this up. If you have any suggestions or comments on how to do this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the link. We don't have portal. So, we want to go the other way. We want to bring in our search service into the geoportal results.  Is this possible?
