Feature Service Feature Class to Shapefile

I opened a Feature Service layer in desktop using the Open in Arcgis Desktop tool. It brought it in as a Feature Service Feature Class.

I tried exporting to shapefile and it gave me these errors[ATTACH=CONFIG]34332[/ATTACH]

I couldn't export as a shapefile from AGO due to a odd restriction, but Im wondering if its even possible to export as shapefile from a Feature Service Feature Class via desktop. Thanks!

Antonio,

You should be able to export to shapefile. The error you are getting may indicate that you have attachments on your data, but even if that is the case it *should* work.

I was able to successfully export on my feature services with attachments directly to shapefile without issue. I right clicked on my layer in my TOC and chose data -> export data.

I would suggest contacting Esri Technical Support to get it sorted out if that does not work for you.
