how to create enterprise GDB with Arcgis destkop 10.2 and Oracle 11g

Question

Hello I am unable to create enterprises Database on Oracle 11g (11.2.0.1) from arcgis Desktop 10.2.2 I use windows server 2012
I edit the file "extproc.ora" but it does not pass

windows server 2008

Arcgis server 10.2.2

Arcgis server 32-bit 10.2.2

I installed it on the same machine and I can not always connected to me.

Hi Kendie,

The base supported version of Oracle for ArcGIS 10.2.2 is 11.2.0.3

System Requirements

(Highly recommend to be using 11.2.0.4 - 44687 - Issues related to Oracle 11.2.0.3 ). Support on Windows Server 2012 for Oracle is 11.2.0.4 (*Windows Server 2012 support begins at ArcGIS 10.2.1 on Oracle 11.2.0.4 and 12.1.0.1)
