Previous projects won't open in the latest ArcGIS Pro 1.3.0.
Failed to open project message states that "the project was saved using a newer version of ArcGIS Pro"

Hi Ricardo. Thanks for your post! We received a recent call into Tech Support regarding this error\ behavior and determined that specific anti-virus settings were preventing existing projects from opening. As a test, can you disable your anti-virus software and attempt to open the projects in question? Thanks!
