collector for arcgis (android)

Question

I created a map and shared it with my organization but other users of my organization are not able to load the map in collector.

They must log-in with my credentials.

Is this a limit of the app? or am I doing something wrong?

Have you shared the webmap in a group, where the users are allowed to collaborate with?
