Public webmap bookmarks

Good Afternoon, I have a question regarding bookmarks in a webmap. I recently created a couple of webmaps that are publicly accessible. It was brought to my attention that the bookmarks that were created for the maps are not appearing on mobile devices. I have tested this on both android and iPhone devices, I then tested on our iPad and the book marks are there. The maps are being accessed through a browser not through the ESRI apps. Is this a known limitation or am I missing a setting that can make the bookmarks accessible on mobile devices. Any help on this would be appreciated. Below are the maps if you wanted to take a look.
