Bit of a small quirk and I'm sure I'm just missing something, but when I'm creating a map in ArcGIS Online in my organisational account, when I search for layers the option to search in 'ArcGIS Online' seems to be missing. I'm stuck! See the attached image.

If you go to My Organization > Edit Settings > Security, you can check the option 'Members can search for content outside the organization'. Ex:
