I am trying to label features in AGOL so I can view them in Collector. How do you do this?
I have my labels displayed in AGOL but I can't see them in Collector

Are you using the released version of Collector? It doesn't support labels. Support will be coming with the next major release, referred to as the Aurora project. It is in beta now if you'd like to try it out: https://community.esri.com/community/gis/applications/collector-for-arcgis/blog/2017/09/06/the-aurora-project
