Hello!
I have a LYR file that references two rasters and applies raster functions on them. How can I insert that lyr file to a Mosaic Dataset? I tried with Add Rasters, but I could not have it done.

My rasters are in .jp2 format (JPEG 2000), so they should be compatible. I need to insert them both, as the functions applied only work like that.
I am getting a feeling that you have applied the raster function from Image Analysis Options of ArcMap, which has resulted in a single output layer (temporary layer, not a raster dataset). You could just export the layer (Right-click the Layer > Data > Export Data) to a Raster dataset. No need to create Mosaic Dataset for that.
