a problem about "raster to polygon"

Question

In Arcgis 9.3,I use IDW to get a isosurface,and i want to convert raster to vector by these steps:
Int-Raster to Polygon.But out of expected, the isosurface is converted to contour.I am very confused about it!

I don't think you posted your question in the right forum. IDW is not provided by the SL/WPF client API (possible by using GPTools on server though).
