How to show video of the road from the certain position

Dear Gurus! I have some video of the road. And I need to show video from certain position which is determined by the mouses position on the roads layer. If I understand correctly, this is not a problem of GIS. But maybe there are some useful ideas in this direction? And maybe some reference about realization panorame view of the street as in Google Street View?

Hi,

It is worth nothing though that the ElementLayer is not supported in the AcceleratedDisplay mode, and is also not available in the new .NET SDK (ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .Net | ArcGIS for Developers‌). We do however have MapOverlays in the new .NET SDK which you could consider using for this purpose if/when you choose to migrate.

One option is to use an ElementLayer containing the video who want to show inside your map.
