XML file - problem with importing to ArcGIS Pro

I have problem with following file to import it using Interoperability extention. It works but with some comments while I am choosing to ignore application schema as well as I set manually GML Future Elements. But still points are on a wrong location. Can you pls check the file if it works with your program?
