Spider Diagram Not Working

Question

I'm trying to run a spider diagram based on Drive Times and I can't get it to work.  I keep running the analysis, but I keep getting a blank result.  What am I doing wrong?

I have another question. I have arcgis 9.3 and when I try to download and istall Business Analyst tool, but I could not do this. where can I find this tool to install on my arcgis 9.3

Even though Business Analyst appears to be listed as an extension (toolset) in Desktop Help it is actually a Solution Product in Location Analytics (http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/extensions/businessanalyst) and unlike the other extensions that come with any copy of ArcGIS is a completely separate installation as it comes a very large amount of data.  I am unsure if they still have trials for Business Analyst but you would need to give Esri Sales a call to inquire.

There is a brief Business Analyst tutorial available in the online help (http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/#/Introduction_to_the_Business_Analyst_tutorial/000z00000103000000/) however it does not cover Spider Diagram (Desire Lines) analysis.

Probably the best thing to do if you have not done so already is take a look at the help for this tool/wizard.

I would also suggest going ahead and create the sf_stores and sf_custs with Store Setup and Customer Setup and use these two point layers as the inputs for using Spider Diagrams to start with because one should not encounter any potential input data issue which is pretty common (C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\US_2012\Datasets\Tutorial).
