Terrain Hillshade basemap not displaying in PDF ?

Hi,

When I make a map and I add Terrian Hillshade as a basemap.

So when I export it to PDF,  the Terrain hillshade basemap did not show up ?

What might go  wrong here ?

I'm using it ArcGIS 10.5.1 in Citrix

The one I wanted to use Terrain Hillshade to my ArcMap in Citrix. Here is the link:  https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=c3587bd89d474dff8d306fefdc295083

Though, I was able to login to my AGOL in ArcMap to use it in Citrix.

It seems that my ArcMap in Citrix doesn't like terrain hillshade  for some reasons...but I went over to ArcGIS Pro and import it from the Citrix side and was able to export to PDF fine...

I have test other different basemaps and I have tried to export them in ArcMap Citrix and they worked but not this terrain hillshade.

I think it has a lot to do with block to export to PDF , or perhaps I need to have projection all the layers to align with the terrain hillshade ?
