How can I insert multiple layers of information into one feature layer?

you can bring all the features into a single mxd or pro project.

Select all but the target feature and copy and paste them into the keeper.

or

from Catalog you can LOAD into the keeper feature class

or

Append to the keeper feature class

or

from the toolbox you can use the MERGE command
