Performance Management Dashboard not displaying data

I'm creating a HUB site and adding Dashboards to some of the pages. I created an Excel table of the data i'm tracking that i want to display on the dashboard. I'm using the Performance Management Dashboard as the template. Everything looks fine when i'm editing the individual cells, but then i changes back to "No data available at this location"....what am i doing wrong?
