Silverlight API 1.2 and ArcGis Server 10.1 compatible?

We have ArcGis Silverlight API 1.2 application. Will it work with new ArcGis Server 10.1?

Yes it will work. ArcGIS server 10.1 is compatible with previous.
But obviously we won't be able to take advantage of the new features added in the new versions of ArcGIS server and the new versions of Silverlight API.
