Error: Access not allowed request

Question

When I tried to add feature layer to experience builder, I got error pop up shown below image.

As shown on above image, the feature layer I've tried to add is my content.

Does anyone have an idea of this issue?

I use built-in exprience builder in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1

Also, the feature layer is exist on same portal.

Hi Su-hyun,

It looks like an access issue. Are you using expereince.arcgis.com to access a map service from your portal?
