GeometryService - InitializeWithLocalService takes very long

Hi,
I'm experiencing a performance issue when initializing a GeometryService with a local service.
While the initialization can be very fast, it is sometimes extremely slow and takes 10-20 seconds.
Are you familiar with this phenomenon?
I'm using the 10.2 Runtime.

Hi,

Typically the local GeometryService is very quick to start it would be very unexpected for it to take 10-20 seconds - can you provide the code you are using to time the start request and start completed?

Are you able to reproduce this behavior with ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF Geometry operations samples too? For e.g. Area and Perimeter
