Image mensuration sneaking into my geodatabases?

I never notice it when I am working on the gdb, but when I reopen it later, there it is: the elusive image mensuration feature dataset. I usually delete it and move on, but today I must ask...What is it and why does this happen? I am using Arc Pro.
