Enterprise Sites Embed a Dashboard

When working with an enterprise Site, I'm attempting to embed a Dashboard in the web page using the Appilcations layout, but the only Web AppBuilder application show up as attachable. Documentation (Display apps, data, and web maps—ArcGIS Enterprise Sites | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise) says that non-Web AppBuilder application can be displayed using this method, but I'm not seeing that as an option. Is this a known problem or am I missing something in my settings to enable embedding other types of content?
