queryTopFeatures - where clause with TopFilter not working

Has Anyone faced a problem when using the queryTopFeatures on a hosted feature layer ? ##arcgisonline‌

I have a top filter and a where clause, the where is not filtering the Top query output.

Hi Ohan,

I just tested this and am running into what I believe is the same thing. Can you confirm that this is the behavior you're seeing? If so, I will log an issue for it.
