Hi Sebastian,
Look for the next release of the Military Symbol Editor and Military Tools for ArcGIS to support APP-6D! This release will support ArcGIS Pro 2.1-2.3. In the meantime, you can use the Dictionary renderer in ArcGIS Pro to render APP-6 military standard symbology.
