Display PDF Attachment in Operations Dashboard

Question

Is there a way to view PDF feature attachments in a Portal Operations Dashboard, other than downloading it?

The only way I'm able to do it is by clicking on the attachment and downloading it...  is there a way to view it in a web browser or to display it in a similar way as a photo?

I'm not sure how they did it but check out the Johns Creek open data hub's map-gallery.

I understand it is not supported. However, the PDF will open in a new tab directly in the browser when selecting the PDF file in the pop up window. What's the difference?

Displaying a PDF feature attachment in Dashboard is currently not possible, but this is a good enhancement request. Please submit an enhancement on the ArcGIS Ideas site for Operations Dashboard.

You could try and use the Embedded Content element, which allows you to display web pages in a Dashboard.
