Adding photo with GeoForm

Question

We have created an app to enable citizens to give us details about boundaries in the countryside. We are using either GeoForm or Question Where as we don't want people to have to download an app to their phone. We have a feature service with attachments enabled and a "blob" field.

Neither app will allow a photo to be taken and attached to the record being saved. Is this a known issue? What are we doing wrong?

Thanks, we'll have a look this end and see if it's worked. Could just be our outdated phones!

I just tried to add a photo in the comments I said it was a test. The app said the photo was saved. I cannot look to make sure it was though.
