Blue Shading on Vector Tile Basemaps

Question

Is anyone else experiencing blue shading on the vector tile base maps provided by ESRI?  This appears to impact all base maps on ArcGIS Online owned by esri_vector.  Is there another set of vector basemaps that I should be accessing?  Is there a way to solve this issue?  .

I haven't tried, but make sure you don't have anything select in this or another layer, and 2 have you tested in a different  browser, a different log in (on local machine, i.e. different login profile), and/or different machine.  Just giving you some ideas (and a bump) since no one else has responded yet.
