ArcMap crashes when running the distance from or time from tool from the Predictive Analysis Add-In

ArcMap crashes when running the distance from or time from tool from the Predictive Analysis Add-In.

Using ArcMap 10.3 and the Predictive Analysis Add-In 1.3.1, all other tools work but using either Distance From or Time from tools crashes ArcMap every time.
