I was wondering if there is any way to get the result raster from an IDW into either a shapefile or feature class?
The first question should be, 'why' do you want to convert a raster to a vector. Reclassification is going to produce a loss/simplification of data and although the option exists to convert a raster to points, conversion of format is normally a last resort
Do you want Polygon Feature Class as the final output?
Then, Reclassify the resulting Raster of IDW as desired, and then Convert Raster to Polygon.
