The manager of the ArcGIS server is directed to other link,

As the manager of the ArcGIS servers is opened, it is directed to other link despite the fact that the shortcut has the correct configuration as shown in the screenshots below

I have cleared the cache of both IE and Firefox but never works

What might be the issue here?

Posted to the correct place, but please apply some tagging, "_server" and "manager" perhaps.

Also, has the IE browser been hijacked? Looks to be pointing to a search engine. IE has an option on the Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab to "Reset Internet Explorer settings"  YMMV.
