How to make Open Data pages open in new tab?

Question

I am developing an Open Data site for my organization.  It will have several pages.  I am providing links to these pages on the initial site. Is there a way to make these pages open in a new tab?  I have tried target="_blank" and cannot get it to work for the page links.

This is now fixed - using `target="_blank"` causes the page to open in a new tab.
