Hide / Show Fields with Conditions

Can I hide a series of fields (description, actions needed, actions taken) and then show them if a Yes/No field is set to Yes?

Sign Condition  Yes / No

        If yes then show these fields

I know you can do this in Survey 123 but not really liking that app.
