Can .net framework 4.8 update from Windows reset ArcGIS Server SITE??
What do you recommend to restore the site? I made a backup of all the arcgisserver folders.
In this image products installed....

An update to .net shouldn't impact an ArcGIS Enterprise site becase it's mostly a Java product. An update to .Net could only impact the web adaptor, and that's also unlikely. I'd contact Technical Support.
As described here I solved recreating a new site. But in fact I found web adaptor not configured.
This is strange...
