how do I export street map without labels or basemap?

I'm new to the ArcGIS REST API, and I've been playing with one of the public World Street map services here:

http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/

And when I export out a portion, I get the area I'm interested in.  Here is a small segment of florida:

But what I'm wondering is if there is any way I can manipulate the layers or layer options to only show the streets and not show any labels.  Ideally, I'd have an image with no labels and no basemap - just a black background with white lines for roads.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
